A core-and-shell project at 1617 Boylston Avenue in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, the lighting design complements the building's exposed timber structure and industrial character through a restrained palette of cylindrical downlights, circular stairwell fixtures, and carefully integrated wall-mounted luminaires. Warm illumination highlights wood textures, enhances circulation paths, and creates a welcoming environment for future commercial tenants.
