Along the side of I-5, just north of downtown Seattle, this high-science developer placed a special experience level for all to enjoy at the same height as the freeway. Driving by one can see a forest of columns, washed with patterned light at night. During the daytime luminous column tops are skylight portals to an electric "sky".
